UmunotaPay ("we", "us") operates a banking-as-a-service (BaaS) platform at umunotapay.com and related subdomains — wallets, accounts, and money movement for institutions and their users. UmunotaPay is not a payment gateway. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our services and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), authentication data, KYC documents when required, transaction and wallet activity related to your merchant account, and technical logs needed to secure and operate the service.
How we use information
To provide BaaS features (accounts, wallets, collections, payouts, and the dashboard); to meet legal and compliance obligations; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to communicate about your account and service updates.
Sharing
We share data with licensed financial partners and infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the BaaS platform and move money. We do not sell personal information.
