By accessing the UmunotaPay merchant dashboard, APIs, or related services, you agree to these terms. If you use UmunotaPay on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
The service
UmunotaPay provides banking-as-a-service (BaaS): wallets, accounts, and money movement for institutions and their users. UmunotaPay is not a payment gateway. Features may change as we improve the platform. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, or to impersonate UmunotaPay or other providers. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
